Under The Sleeper's Eye
Under the Sleeper's Eye is a feature fiction film we are aiming to shoot in the summer of 2027. It is a dark psychological romance film centred on a pair of uni students named Rowen and Florian. The film will be produced by both Tristan Bleak and Ethan Robertson, Tristan will direct, and Ethan will be the cinemtaographer.
This has been a project long in the making, beginning as a short film about the fear during a walk home after a night out the film has bloomed into an exploration of relationships, self destruction, communication, and connection.

We believe this is an interesting story to tell as issues of connection and relationships are a universal human interest. This film explore how people struggle to connect, and how their own self-destructive tendencies come back again and again in a relationship, but encouraging the audience to always push through no matter the setback.
What is Under the Sleeper's Eye?
Florian is an immigrant from Romania studying finance at Harriot Watt in Edinburgh. He is an open person, but is afraid to confront a lot of his inner darkness, not wanting to scare off the people who become close to him. Thus he pushes them away whenever they get too close.
